In particular, access to this website may be interrupted or restricted to allow for emergency or routine repairs or maintenance to be carried out or the introduction of new facilities or services.

GJS Automotive reserves its right to restrict, suspend or terminate your use of this website or any of our services at any time if we believe, in our absolute discretion, that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

GJS Automotive may add to, change or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to use this website, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes. GJS Automotive may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other content displayed on this website, including features and specifications of products and services described or depicted on the website, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.

Use of the Site:
You agree that you will only use our website in a way which is consistent with the Terms and Conditions and which complies with applicable laws and regulations. Prices and How to pay
All our prices displayed are in Pounds sterling. Delivery costs (where applicable) are not included and will be added at the checkout.

You can pay for your order using debit/credit card and PayPal.

Delivery:
Delivery will be made only to the address stated by you at the time of placing the order.

GJS Automotive will make all reasonable efforts to meet the date agreed for delivery, should this not be possible the seller will not be held responsible.

Please ensure all delivery address details are correct, including phone number and email address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or missing information.

We always use high quality packaging to ensure your purchases are well protected during transit, no matter how they are handled.

If you do have any issues with the packaging when your parcel arrives please contact us immediatly so we can inform the delivery company and compensate you accordingly.

Your rights to cancel and refunds
Under the consumer contracts regulations 2013, you may cancel an order anytime from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days after you received your goods. You must return your order within the next 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the order has been received back and checked, a refund will be issued back to the same payment method used to complete the order. Please note the cost of delivery will be refunded unless you opted for an enhanced service e.g guaranteed next day delivery.

In addition to the consumer contract regulations 2013 you may also return an order within 30 days of delivery.

Our rights to cancel
In the unlikely event that will need to cancel your order we will contact you by email within 24 hours. This may happen if we have run out of stock or payment hasn’t been received.
